The Mammal Society is a team dedicated to science-led mammal conservation who have been protecting and restoring British mammal populations for 70 years.

Brief

Whistlejacket were tasked with creating a unique and dynamic campaign identity to be used each year, as well as 2025 specific campaign assets.

Solution

We developed a dynamic design system that broke away from stereotypical nature palettes, employing vibrant pinks, blues, and greens. These colours were coupled with abstracted graphic elements, inspired by UK mammal footprints, and a bold typeface. We also created a custom campaign mark, guidelines, user-friendly templates, and unique bespoke illustrations. The result was a flexible, striking identity that The Mammal Society embraced to encourage engagement during the campaign and will continue to utilise for years to come.
