Background
Brief
The LGA needed a brand identity and supporting resources for their new graduate programme, “Pathways to Planning,” aimed at attracting recent university graduates to careers in public sector planning, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusivity.

Solution
Working with the LGA team, we developed a fresh and exciting identity for ‘Pathways to Planning’, which we employed when creating assets for their recruitment campaign, including animations, social media cards, web banners, and ad templates. The campaign needed to resonate with a diverse student audience representative of the UK's student population, and speak to under-represented groups, including those from lower socio-economic and BAME backgrounds.
