Wildlife and Countryside Link enlisted our help on creating a unique and eye-catching design system for the conference that was suitable for its debut.
Testimonial
“We received so many compliments both in the run-up to the event and on the day about the brand identity and the designs Whistlejacket created for our socials. The whole team did a fantastic job, and we were incredibly grateful for their support. Whistlejacket created an amazing visual identity which worked so well in the space and fitted the tone for the day perfectly.“

Solution
We developed a comprehensive brand identity, including a custom wordmark logo and a full design system using custom illustrations. Each illustration was designed to appear paper-like, with a cutout style, using shadows and layering techniques. These illustrations were also designed to follow a series of different sets including: people, fauna (land animals, insects etc.), flora (plants) and other relevant elements such as wind turbines to convey sustainability aims.
To further engage attendees, we created eye-catching animations utilising the cutout elements in addition to social media advertising. Along with the identity itself, we also supplied detailed brand guidelines to outline the brand usage, as well as templates for social media and presentations and the individual illustrations, all with the aim of enabling the WCL team to create their own promotional assets, and printed collateral for the first annual conference and events to come.
